SHStudio is a personal shopping and forwarding service. We act as your purchasing agent on Taobao and other Chinese marketplaces. When you place an order with us, you are instructing us to (1) purchase a specific item from a specific seller on your behalf, (2) receive it at our China warehouse, and (3) forward it to your UK address. We do not hold stock and we do not sell goods directly.
Order confirmation and commencement of service
Once you confirm an order and pay, we begin sourcing immediately. By confirming, you expressly request that we start the service straight away and you acknowledge that, because the service is performed by placing your order on the marketplace, your 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 ends at the moment we place the purchase on your behalf.
Product issue support
If there is an issue with your item, please contact us as soon as possible with clear photos and details. As your purchasing agent, we will help you raise the issue with the original brand seller and communicate with them on your behalf. Any refund, replacement, return, or other resolution remains subject to the seller's policies and decision, but we will support you throughout the process.
Change of mind
Because each order is purchased specifically for you from a third-party seller in China, we are unable to offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, sizing, colour preference, or because the item did not match your personal expectations. Please ask us for additional photos, measurements, or seller information before confirming your order - we're happy to help.
